Tomorrow Aubreé Pynn returns with “The Way You Lie-The Aftershock” and we have one final look to share with you.
The eye of the hurricane is peaceful
So much that we forget…
The worst part is on the way.
Asharia and Blaze are enjoying their peaceful life and counting down the days until their bundle of joy arrives. What they don’t know is that a seismic vibration is coming to offset the structure of their life. Asharia thought that every door to her past life was closed, but the storm blows it open and quickly reminds her that it’s not over yet.
Alexia and Sebastian are in trouble and desperately searching for a way out. Pulling Asharia into their crosshairs again, her reaction to their mess shifts the atmosphere. With one shock after another, Alexia and Sebastian’s worlds are turned over, forcing them to take a hard look in the mirror.
Can Asharia and Blaze’s foundation stand the aftershock of Alexia and Sebastian’s deception, or will it crumble? Find out in The Way You Lie: The Aftershock.
A couple of our frat brothers told me that Sebastian was at the D.C. apartment. He needed to understand how easy it was for me to reach out and touch him. Especially with the whole town knowing about his recent scandal. It took me fifteen minutes to get to the apartment. When I got back in the car to head over here, going the speed limit wasn’t an option. I ran a couple of red lights to get here and get this nigga back in line. I pounded my fist against the door and stepped back. I waited while it took him forever and a damn day to come and open the door. It was only a matter of time before I got the urge to kick his shit in. I gave him a couple of seconds to pull the door open before I returned to banging on the door.
“Fuck is wrong with you!” Bas snapped pulling the door open. He looked at me with wild eyes like I was out my mind. Once he saw it was just me, he relaxed his face and chuckled. “Fuck you want, nigga?”
“You rolled up on my wife today like that shit was ok?” I narrowed my eyes and flared my nostrils. I didn’t come over here in the middle of the night for him to play fucking reindeer games with me. I had a message that needed to be heard loud and clear. Blaze Anderson’s wife was off fucking limits.
“Chill out, Neo.”
“I’m going to ask you again… you rolled up on Dallas today like you don’t have good sense?” He kissed his teeth and continued to chuckle. I gave him a chance to speak because that’s what my wife would’ve wanted me to do. But she wasn’t here to say shit about how I was handling this.
The Way You Lie-The Aftershock is the sequel to “The Way You Lie” which you can find here if you haven’t read part one.
