Hey, beauty!

Tomorrow Deshon Dreamz returns with, “You’re All I Need” and we have one final look to share with you.

Love rarely asks permission to engulf you, most times it just happens.

Stephanie is a woman that puts all she has into everything she touches; from being a woman, mother, and her budding career as a Creative Director at JustUs Magazine. Her upbringing does not allow her to half step with anything in her path. This type of grind is what has gotten her to the position that she is in today. After ending her sexual arrangement with the father of her child, she pledges to indulge in a lifestyle that would grant her access to reap the fruits of her labor. A chance encounter with a man that is a replica of her boss seems to be exactly what she needs to begin her journey of exploration.

Elliot Grant isn’t back home to play, he’s back home to make some serious decisions about his future and where the next leg of life will take him. What he doesn’t expect, is a woman to come into his life to make his decision making easy. Love was not an aspiration for Elliot, in fact, he made it a point to shut it down before those feelings could develop. He doesn’t see Stephanie coming, and before he knows it, she’s too deep to get out of his system.

I nodded as I answered the phone. “Stephanie Harris with JustUs. How can I help you?”

My brows dropped. “Hello?”

“I think I was routed to the incorrect line.”

The voice coming through the line was doing something strange to my womanhood. “Who were you um- who were you trying to reach?”

“Tate Grant.”

“Oh, Tate. Yeah, this isn’t his extension. I can transfer you if you’d like.”

“That would be great.”

I wanted to stay my ass on this phone. “May I ask who’s calling?”

“Elliot Grant.”

When he said his name, it all made sense. It was weird as hell for me being that I hadn’t even did a double take at a man since Joshua. I was so caught up on him, it didn’t seem like I could see anyone else. Until Elliot. Elliot had been in my dreams and my nightmares. He was everywhere, a part of everything. It was crazy because I’d only spoken to him once.

“You aren’t Stephanie Stephanie, are you?”

A nervous laugh started in my gut. “Oh, um- if you mean the Stephanie from the park then yes, that’s me.”

“Oh, damn. I didn’t recognize your voice.” Elliot stated, sounding disappointed.

“How would you recognize it when you only heard it once?”

The line fell silent, for a moment I thought it disconnected. “It stayed in my head long enough. I just knew that I’d remember it.”

My brows shot up. Was he flirting with me? “Oh.”

“I’m actually glad that I was sent to the wrong extension now that I know it’s you. How have you been?”

I blinked. “I’m good. I’m good. You?”

“I’m better now.”

Ok, so this is flirting. This is flirting Stephanie! Hello! “Are you still in New York?”

“So, you remembered me too.” He asked with a slow chuckle. “That’s good. That means I made a good impression on you too.”

“So, are you in New York?” I asked again, causing him to chuckle.

“If I say yes, will you have dinner with me tomorrow night?”

My eyes bucked. “Dinner?”

“Yes, dinner with me. What do you like to eat?”

I became flustered. Just yesterday, I told my child’s father that I refused to be his side chick. Now I was being asked out on a date by the brother of my boss. The weirdest part about this entire scenario was that I wanted to say yes to him. I didn’t want to make him wait, I didn’t want to give him a hard time. The only words that kept ringing in my head was, “Yes, I’ll have dinner with you.”

I could tell he was just as surprised as I was. “Really?”

There is just something about Elliot Grant! You’ll find out just what I’m talking about tomorrow! Be ready to 1-click this baby!
